In this course, students will look at the history of our changing food environment. The science behind cravings for unhealthy foods and you will learn some practical strategies for rebuilding your relationship with food.
Learners will learn to practice mindful eating and self-compassion and design a personalized plan to protect their relationship with food and improve the health of their greatest asset.
